WolfPAC’s “Free and Fair Elections”
This ostensible purpose of WolfPAC’s legislation is to apply to Congress for an Article V convention in order to propose amendments to the Constitution to overturn the Citizen’s United decision, publicly finance campaigns, take money out of election campaigns and restrict corporate personhood. In fact, any amendment coming out of a convention which does this will necessarily permit the federal government to control political speech and decide who can participate in the political process.
